State Commission staffing: state government to appoint officers and employees under president's superintendence with prescribed service conditions. The State Government determines the nature and categories of officers and other employees required to assist the State Commission and provides such staff. These officers and employees discharge their functions under the general superintendence of the President. Salaries, allowances and other terms and conditions of service of the officers and employees shall be as prescribed.
