<h1>State Must Set Up District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commissions as Mandated by Consumer Protection Act, 2019</h1> The State Government is required to establish a District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, referred to as the District Commission, in every district under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. The government may establish more than one commission per district if necessary. Each District Commission will comprise a President and at least two members, with the total number of members determined in consultation with the Central Government.
