Annual reporting obligation requires the central consumer authority to prepare, forward and have its report laid before Parliament promptly. The Central Authority must prepare a yearly annual report in the prescribed form, manner and time giving a full account of its activities, prepare other directed reports and returns, forward copies to the Central Government, and the annual report received must be laid before each House of Parliament as soon as may be.
