of <h1>Appeals Must Follow Form NCLAT-1 Submission Rules; Non-Compliance May Lead to Rejection of Appeal</h1> Every appeal to the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal must be submitted in Form NCLAT-1 in triplicate by the relevant party or their authorized representative, with the prescribed fee at the filing counter. Non-compliance may result in refusal to entertain the appeal. A certified copy of the impugned order must accompany the appeal, along with an indexed list of documents and fees. Sufficient copies for service on the opposite party are required. In pending matters, applications must be served in advance to the opposite side. The processing fee, envelopes, and notice forms must accompany the memorandum of appeal.
