of <h1>Rule 103 Allows Electronic Filing of Appeals and Proceedings, Permits Online Submissions and Defect Rectifications via Email</h1> Rule 103 of the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal Rules, 2016, allows for the electronic filing of appeals or proceedings. The Appellate Tribunal may permit online submissions and enable rectification of defects via email or the internet. This electronic filing process will adhere to existing rules as closely as possible, with implementation details to be announced separately. The Central Government may also issue related instructions periodically.
