When a government servant is summoned by the Appellate Tribunal, they may receive travel and daily allowances as per government rules. If no such provision exists, the summoned individual is entitled to an allowance covering travel and expenses, determined by the Registrar. The party requesting the summons must deposit the estimated allowance with the Registrar before issuance. If summoned as a court witness, payment follows the Tribunal's directions. These provisions also apply to interpreters.
