Translation of documents for Appellate Tribunal proceedings requires certified English copies, registrar-ordered translations, and filing before hearing.
Rule 25 prescribes translation requirements for documents in Appellate Tribunal proceedings: any non-English document must be accompanied by an English copy either mutually agreed by the parties or certified as a true translation by an authorised representative, and the Registrar may order translation, certification and authentication by an approved person on payment of fees specified by the Chairperson. Proceedings will not be listed for hearing until parties confirm that all relied-upon documents are in English or translated into English and the required number of copies have been filed with the Tribunal.
