If the applicant, petitioner, or appellant does not take the required steps within the timeframe set by the Appellate Tribunal after a notice is returned unserved, the Registrar must present the case to the Appellate Tribunal. The Tribunal may then issue further directions or dismiss the case for non-prosecution.
