Appellate Tribunal cause list is carried forward to the next working day when the Tribunal does not sit; adjournments are posted. Rule 34 provides that if the Appellate Tribunal does not function for a day because of a declared holiday or unforeseen reason, the daily cause list for that day shall, unless otherwise directed, be treated as the daily cause list for the next working day in addition to cases already posted. If a particular Bench's sitting is cancelled due to a Member's inability to attend, the Registrar shall, unless otherwise directed, adjourn the posted cases to a convenient date and notify adjournments or directions on the notice board.
