of <h1>Rule 97 mandates indexing case files post-disposal with proper pagination and an official Index Sheet.</h1> Rule 97 of the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal Rules, 2016, mandates the procedure for indexing case files after their disposal. Once an order is communicated to the parties or their legal representatives, the responsible official must organize the records with proper pagination. An Index Sheet, in a form prescribed by the Appellate Tribunal, must be prepared, and the official must affix their initials. Subsequently, the indexed records are transmitted to the records room.
