Once an order is communicated to the parties or their legal representatives, the responsible official must organize the records with proper pagination. An Index Sheet, in a form prescribed by the Appellate Tribunal, must be prepared, and the official must affix their initials. Subsequently, the indexed records are transmitted to the records room.
