of <h1>Urgent Matters Filed Before Noon to Be Heard Next Day Under Rule 13 of NCLAT Rules 2016</h1> Rule 13 of the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal Rules, 2016, mandates that all urgent matters filed before noon will be listed for hearing on the next working day, provided they are complete as per the rules. In exceptional cases, filings made after noon but before 3:00 P.M. may also be listed for the next day, subject to specific permission from the Appellate Tribunal or its Chairperson.
