Affidavit annexures must be numbered, endorsed by the attestor, signed, and show the attestor's name and designation. Rule 72 requires that each document attached to an affidavit be identified in the affidavit by an annexure number; the attestor must endorse the document stating it is the marked annexure, sign that endorsement, and record their name and designation on it.
