Copies of final tribunal orders must be sent to and archived in the registry library for practitioner reference. Rule 99 requires the registry officer to send copies of every final order to the library, where monthly copies are kept in separate, dated, indexed and stitched folders; an annual consolidated index is prepared and stored separately; and folders and indices may be made available for reference to legal practitioners.
