<h1>Transmission of orders: Court Master sends order to Deputy Registrar, who initials after scrutiny and forwards to Registry.</h1> Rule 95 requires the Court Master to immediately transmit the pronounced order and case file to the Deputy Registrar, who shall scrutinise for compliance and affix initials and date on the outer cover; the Deputy Registrar must then forward the case file and order to the Registry for preparation and communication of copies to the parties.
