Appellate Tribunal inherent powers preserved despite procedural rules to meet justice and prevent process abuse. Rule 11 preserves the inherent powers of the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal to make orders or give directions as necessary to fulfil the ends of justice and to prevent abuse of the Tribunal's process; such powers are not limited or affected by the Tribunal's procedural rules.
