Order sheet under National Company Law Appellate Tribunal Rules: maintenance, language, signatures and required contents prescribed.
Rule prescribes mandatory maintenance and content of an order sheet for appellate proceedings under the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal Rules. It requires the Court Master to maintain the order sheet containing all orders, reference numbers, dates and short cause titles, and prescribes that orders be in English. Orders must generally be signed by the Bench Members constituting the Tribunal; routine administrative directions may be signed by the Court Master. The rule thus standardises recordkeeping, signature attribution between Members and Court Master, language of orders, and minimum identifying particulars for each proceeding.
