of <h1>Rule 92 empowers any Appellate Tribunal member to announce orders for the entire Bench, must be noted by Court Master.</h1> Under Rule 92 of the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal Rules, 2016, any member of the Appellate Tribunal is authorized to pronounce an order on behalf of the entire Bench. When such an order is pronounced, the Court Master is required to record in the order sheet that the order, representing the Bench including the Chairperson and Members, was announced in open court.
