Service of process: if a notice is returned unserved, the applicant must re serve within seven days after Registry notification. Rule 50 requires that when a notice under rule 46 is returned unserved, the Registry immediately notify the fact and reason on its notice board, and the applicant or petitioner or authorised representative must, within seven days of that notification, take steps to serve the notice afresh.
