<h1>Inspection of records fee under National Company Law Appellate Tribunal Rules requires payment by demand draft or Indian Postal Order</h1> Rule prescribes that applications for inspection of records under the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal Rules, 2016 must be accompanied by payment of the fee specified in the Schedule. The fee must be paid by Demand Draft or Indian Postal Order drawn in favour of the Pay and Accounts Officer, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, New Delhi. The requirement applies to inspection requests for both pending and decided cases, making payment by the prescribed instruments a precondition to acceptance of any application for inspection of tribunal records.
