Registration of proceedings admitted: appealed cases must be numbered and entered into the tribunal register upon admission. On admission of an appeal the proceeding must be assigned a number and registered in the appropriate register maintained for that purpose, and its assigned number entered therein to enable docketing and tracking of admitted appeals.
