Court Master entries on pronouncement of orders under NCLAT Rules require immediate file endorsement and diary entry of disposal details.
Rule 94 (NCLAT Rules, 2016) prescribes immediate ministerial recordkeeping upon pronouncement of an order: the Court Master must endorse the case file with the date of pronouncement, the nature of disposal and the constitution of the Bench, and must enter the same particulars in the court diary. The prescription imposes a mandatory procedural duty on the Court Master to ensure contemporaneous filing and diary records for appellate tribunal pronouncements, enabling official record integrity and traceability.
