of <h1>Submit Record Inspection Requests via Form NCLAT-3 under Rule 59; Timing and Advance Notice Required for Approval.</h1> Application for inspection of records under Rule 59 of the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal Rules, 2016, must be submitted using Form NCLAT-3 at the Registry's filing counter between 10:30 AM and 3:00 PM on any working day, at least two days before the desired inspection date, unless the Registrar permits otherwise. The Registry forwards the application with remarks to the Registrar, who decides on the request. Typically, inspection of records for a pending case is not allowed on the hearing date or the day before.
