of <h1>Rule 20: Appeals Must Include Full Address Details for Summons Service, Including Contact Info and Postal Code.</h1> The National Company Law Appellate Tribunal Rules, 2016, under Rule 20, mandate that the address for service of summons must accompany every appeal filed by a party. This address should, as much as possible, include the name of the road, street, lane, and municipal division or ward, along with the municipal door and house number. It should also list the name of the town or village, the post office, postal district, and PIN Code. Additionally, any other necessary details to identify the addressee, such as fax number, mobile number, and email address, should be provided.
