of <h1>Rule 76: Application for Return of Documents Must Wait Until Records Are Destroyed; Tribunal Has Discretionary Power to Order Return.</h1> Rule 76 of the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal Rules, 2016, addresses the return and transmission of documents. It stipulates that an application for the return of documents produced must be numbered and can only be considered after the records have been destroyed. The Appellate Tribunal has the discretion to order the return of documents at any time, subject to conditions it considers appropriate.
