Examination in camera: Appellate Tribunal may, in its discretion, examine any witness privately for sensitive proceedings. Under Rule 78, the Appellate Tribunal has the discretionary authority to examine any witness in camera, permitting the Tribunal to receive witness testimony privately when it deems such confidential examination appropriate.
