<h1>Rule 90 mandates Bench Member initials for corrections and page authentication in orders under Companies Law.</h1> Rule 90 of the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal Rules, 2016, under the Companies Law, mandates that any corrections made to an order must be initialed by the Member of the Bench who prepared it. Additionally, the Member must affix their initials at the bottom of each page of the order.
