Maintenance of Registers requires the registry to maintain and post daily registers for appeals, unnumbered appeals and interlocutory applications.
Rule prescribes that the registry must maintain and post daily three specific registers: register of appeals, register of unnumbered appeals, and register of interlocutory applications. Maintenance and posting are to be performed on a day-to-day basis by ministerial officer(s) designated by the Registrar, subject to any directions or orders of the Chairperson. The provision imposes an administrative duty to ensure continuous recordkeeping and public posting of case-processing registers, with supervisory control vested in the Registrar and ultimate oversight permitted by the Chairperson.
