<h1>Rule 29: Registrar Must Request and Return Records for Appeals as Directed by Appellate Tribunal.</h1> Rule 29 of the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal Rules, 2016, stipulates that upon the admission of an appeal, the Registrar, under the direction of the Appellate Tribunal, must request the records related to the proceedings from the relevant Tribunal Bench or adjudicating authority. These records must be returned at the conclusion of the proceedings or at any other specified time.
