Recording of deposition requires Form NCLAT-7, bench initials on each page, and either corrected entries or a note of refusal. The deposition must be recorded in Form NCLAT-7; each page must be initialed by the Members of the Bench. If a witness proposes corrections, the Bench may allow and initial them, or, if not satisfied, append a note to that effect at the foot of the deposition.
