of <h1>Production of authorisation for associations: appeals must file resolution and member list; registrar may request proof.</h1> Rule 30 mandates that an appeal purportedly instituted by or on behalf of an association must be accompanied by a true copy of the association resolution empowering the signatory, for verification by the Registry, and must set out the list of members for whose benefit the proceedings are instituted; the Registrar is empowered to call for further materials to satisfy due authorization, and such materials may be required to substantiate the appeal authorisation and membership benefit list.
