Appeals by associations require an authorization resolution and a list of beneficiary members; registrar may demand further verification on filing. When an appeal is filed by or on behalf of an association the signer must produce a true copy of the resolution empowering them for Registry verification; the Registrar may at any time call for further materials to satisfy himself about due authorization, and the materials must set out the list of members for whose benefit the proceedings are instituted.
