of <h1>Appeals by Associations Require Resolution Copy & Member List per Rule 30 of NCLAT Rules, 2016</h1> Rule 30 of the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal Rules, 2016, mandates that when an appeal is filed by or on behalf of an association, the individual signing or verifying the appeal must provide a true copy of the association's resolution authorizing them to do so. The Registrar may request additional materials to confirm the authorization. Additionally, the appeal must include a list of members benefiting from the proceedings.
