Special Rupee Vostro Account funds treated as rupee inflows and available for permissible current and capital account transactions. Balances in a Special Rupee Vostro Account are treated as the rupee equivalent of foreign exchange inflows converted into INR and, under the present FEMA framework, may be used for any transactions permissible on the current and capital accounts.
