Permitted derivative products for hedging External Commercial Borrowings are those authorised under the Master Direction on Risk Management and Inter bank dealings dated July 5, 2016, as amended; the Master Direction and its amendments set out the eligible instruments and compliance requirements for ECB and trade credit hedging under FEMA.
