Compounding of contraventions under FEMA: application must include prescribed format, annexures, undertaking and contact details. Application for compounding of contraventions under FEMA must be submitted to the Reserve Bank in the prescribed format with applicable annexures for FDI, ECB, ODI and Branch/Liaison Office, an undertaking that the applicant is not under investigation of DOE, a cancelled cheque copy, a copy of the Memorandum of Association, and contact details of the applicant or authorised representative including name, telephone/mobile number and email ID.
