Limit resets annually.</h1> The individual limit for raising External Commercial Borrowings (ECBs) under the automatic route includes all ECBs raised within a financial year, including proposed ones. However, refinancing of ECBs is excluded from this calculation. The limit resets at the beginning of each new financial year.
