of <h1>Entities Must Report Annual Foreign Liabilities and Assets to RBI Using FLAIR System; Registration Required with Verification Letters</h1> Entities must report their Annual Return on Foreign Liabilities and Assets (FLA) to the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) using the Foreign Liabilities and Assets Information Reporting (FLAIR) system. Accessible via various web browsers, entities must register on the portal by completing the FLA user registration form and uploading required documents, such as the Verification and Authority Letters. Upon successful registration, a user ID and password are sent to the authorized email, allowing entities to log in and submit the FLA return. The previous excel and email-based reporting system was replaced by this web-based format in June 2019.
