Permissibility of remittances: authorised dealers should rely on the remitter's Form A2 declaration while remitter remains responsible. Authorised dealers are to be guided by the nature of the transaction as declared in Form A2 and must certify that the remittance conforms with regulatory instructions; however, the ultimate responsibility for compliance with foreign exchange rules and regulations rests with the remitter.
