of <h1>Applications for Compounding FEMA Violations: Submit to Reserve Bank or Directorate of Enforcement for Section 3(a) Breaches.</h1> Any person who violates any provision of the Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA), 1999, except section 3(a), or breaches any rule, regulation, notification, direction, or order issued under this Act, or any condition attached to an authorization by the Reserve Bank, can apply for compounding to the Reserve Bank. For contraventions under section 3(a) of FEMA, 1999, applications should be submitted to the Directorate of Enforcement.
