Information relating to any enterprise obtained by or on behalf of the Commission or the Appellate Tribunal for purposes of the Competition Act, 2002 is confidential and shall not be disclosed without the enterprise's prior written permission, except where disclosure is in compliance with or for the purposes of the Act or any other law in force.
