Competition Fund governs Commission financing: sources, permitted uses for salaries and administration, and committee administration. A Competition Fund is constituted to receive government grants, fees under the Act, interest thereon and other sums as decided by the Government; it is to be applied for salaries, allowances, pensions and administrative and other expenses necessary for the Commission's functions, and is administered and disbursed by a committee of Members appointed by the Chairperson.
