Compensation for breach of competition orders: aggrieved persons can seek recovery from enterprises for loss. A person may apply to the Appellate Tribunal to recover compensation from an enterprise for loss suffered due to the enterprise violating Commission directions, contravening without reasonable ground any decision, order or condition attached to approvals or exemptions under the Act, or delaying compliance with such orders or directions; the remedy operates without prejudice to other provisions of the Act.
