Confidentiality requests in commitment proceedings must follow prescribed procedure and are considered under the Act. Requests for confidentiality in commitment proceedings must be filed as per the procedure in the Competition Commission of India (General) Regulations, 2009, as amended, and will be considered in accordance with those General Regulations read with the statutory provision on confidentiality under the Act.
