Resolution professional authority to manage corporate debtor operations throughout insolvency process and until plan approval or liquidator appointment. Section 23 vests the resolution professional with conduct of the entire corporate insolvency resolution process and management of the corporate debtor, requires continuation of management after expiry of the CIRP until a resolution plan is approved or a liquidator is appointed, confers on the resolution professional the powers and duties of the interim resolution professional, and obliges the interim resolution professional to hand over all information, documents and records to the appointed resolution professional.
