Bar of jurisdiction prevents civil courts from interfering with insolvency proceedings and orders under the Code. Section 231 bars civil courts from jurisdiction in matters where the Adjudicating Authority or the Board may pass orders under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, and prohibits courts or other authorities from granting injunctions against actions taken pursuant to such orders.
