<h1>Adjudicating Authority Reviews Repayment Plans Under Section 114 of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, May Require Creditors' Meeting Revisions</h1> The Adjudicating Authority is responsible for approving or rejecting a repayment plan based on the creditors' meeting report submitted by the resolution professional, as per Section 114 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016. If no creditors' meeting is held, the decision is based on the resolution professional's report. An approved repayment plan may include implementation directions. If modifications are needed, the Authority can instruct the resolution professional to reconvene a creditors' meeting for reconsideration. These provisions came into effect on December 1, 2019.
