          <h1>Conduct of creditors' meetings: trustee convenes, sets quorum, may form committee and records minutes.</h1> The bankruptcy trustee is the convener and presiding officer for creditors' meetings, decides and enforces the quorum and may conduct the meeting only when that quorum is present; the meeting may establish a committee of creditors and transact other business the trustee deems fit; the trustee must record, sign and retain the minutes as part of the bankruptcy records, and may not adjourn the meeting for more than a short limited interval at a time.
