Central government grants authorise funding to the Board for implementation of the Code, subject to parliamentary appropriation. The Central Government, subject to prior parliamentary appropriation by law, may make grants to the Board of such sums as it thinks fit to be utilised for the purposes of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.
