of <h1>Adjudicating Authority Must Declare Moratorium and Appoint Resolution Professional Under Section 14 for Pre-Packaged Insolvency.</h1> The Adjudicating Authority, upon the commencement of a pre-packaged insolvency process, must declare a moratorium as per Section 14, appoint a resolution professional, and ensure a public announcement of the process initiation. The resolution professional is either the one named in the application, if no disciplinary issues exist, or recommended by the Board if there are pending proceedings. The moratorium remains effective until the end of the pre-packaged insolvency resolution process. This provision was introduced by the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (Amendment) Act, 2021.
