          <h1>Public notice inviting claims required: creditors notified, claims published in leading newspapers, authority premises and website.</h1> The Adjudicating Authority must send prescribed notices to creditors identified in the bankrupt's statement of affairs or bankruptcy application within ten days of the bankruptcy commencement date and issue a public notice specifying the last date for submission of claims and other prescribed particulars. The public notice must be published in a leading English and vernacular newspaper, affixed at the Adjudicating Authority's premises, and posted on its website, with the content of creditor notices and the public notice conforming to prescribed requirements.
