of <h1>Insolvency Application Admission Triggers Moratorium, Public Announcement, and Interim Resolution Professional Appointment Under IBC Sections 7, 9, 10.</h1> Upon admission of an application under sections 7, 9, or 10 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, the Adjudicating Authority must declare a moratorium as per section 14, make a public announcement of the corporate insolvency resolution process initiation, and call for claims submission under section 15. Additionally, an interim resolution professional must be appointed according to section 16. The public announcement is to be made immediately after appointing the interim resolution professional. These provisions came into effect on December 1, 2016.
