Validity of bankruptcy order remains effective until debtor is discharged under the discharge provision of the Insolvency Code. Section 127 provides that a bankruptcy order passed by the Adjudicating Authority under the preceding provision shall continue to have effect until the debtor is discharged under the discharge provision, and the provision applies to individuals and partnership firms.
